With 22 Cups Coffee beans, all our coffee beans are freshly roasted locally, with our business model our stock level can be control at a very low level to encourage shorter turn-over of stock. Let the coffee beans stay fresh is crucial to a premium brew of coffee. Whole bean is also a determination that we hold on to all the time. Once the coffee bean is grinded, its flavour starts to degrade.

Staying freshly roasted and maintaining the coffee bean is its whole bean form until it is brewed is the best way to have a cup of perfect coffee.

Arabica Beans.

Like other plants (grapes, hops, tomatoes), coffee cherries have a number of different varieties. Arabica is one of them. each variation does slightly better in one climate versus another, or for one purpose versus another. Arabica coffee is a type of coffee made from the beans of the Coffea arabica plant.Arabica originated in the south western highlands of Ethiopia and is the most popular kind of coffee worldwide – currently making up 60% or more of coffee production in the world.

High quality Arabica coffee should have a slightly sweet flavour, with hints of chocolate, nuts, and caramel. You may also notice hints for fruit and berries. There will be a slight/pleasant acidity, and a little bitterness.
