The standard warranty is one year from date of purchase, but if you signed up to our service & maintenance program during subscription the warranty is extended for another year as long as the maintenance program is fulfilled for the whole 2 years period.

The limited warranty protects against defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use for 1 year from the date of purchase. Please see warranty section in our terms and conditions for more details.

We have multiple types of coffee beans for your selection, and each of them has a different characteristic. Our house blend is more suited for most of the coffee drinker. Or you can select from our single origin options and try to mix and match to make your own blend at home. Seasonal products will be published from time to time.

Our tea bags collections are designed to suit all age type customer. You can read the description stated in each type of tea and select a few to try. We do not suggest to mix the tea bags as each of them has very different characteristic.

We wouldn’t say our products are all top of the range in the market but we categorise our products as mid high range. Our coffee beans are sourced from different parts of the world and roasted by our partnered roaster with more than 30 years’ experience in the industry.

Our subscription plans are based on an auto debit system which will automatic charge your card for the amount that you spend each month with us. Different subscription plans will have different minimum spending to maintain the plan.

Our subscription plans focus on one thing, loyalty, and when our customer stays with us long enough, we can heavily reward our customer, in terms of monetary and convenience.

Yes! For COFFEELUTION plan, you might be paying some money upfront, but the rebate down the 2 years is going to set-off the upfront payment, which means all the money you spend are on our coffee & Tea merchandise.

Yes! For RENTAL plan, you pay one year Rental of the machine upfront, and when you terminate, we refund the unused rental to you. It’s a good option if you do not want to commit to owning a machine. You can upgrade to COFFEELUTION plan anytime.

COFFEELUTION plan you get to own the machine at the end of the contract period. RENTAL plan is a more versatile plan where you can enjoy using the machine, but without the commitment to own it. RENTAL plan can be terminated anytime without any penalty but COFFEELUTION plan will trigger a penalty charged to your card if you terminate early.

Tu-tu ULTIMATE 36 Loyalty program is a program we designed to reward our long term customer with long term discount and cash vouchers. The program encourages our customer to introduce new customer to sign up our plans, and in return the plan will automatically generate discount rate that will stay with you as long as the new customer is active. The discount can be up to 36% and it will be posted to your monthly subscription merchandise spendings. Imagine RM200 worth of merchandise you only pay RM128.

Even before you sign up any subscription plans with us, you can start to use your referral code/QR as a referral code to invite your friends and family to sign up, once you collected some cash vouchers you can use the vouchers to reduce your upfront costs of signing up plans. Your friends and family that you invited will contribute certain percentage to you discount pool and if you accumulate enough, you’ll be enjoying high discount rates when you start your subscription plan.

When you invite a friend to sign a plan, you get a 5% discount, and when your friend invites his friend, you get 1%. And believe me, it’s easy to accumulate to 36%. You can invite 4 friends, and they invite 4 friends each, and you’re at top of the discount pool.
